Stretch and breathe with Sherry utilizing specialized lights for Seasonal Affective Disorder. Practicing with special lamps called a light boxes for around 30 minutes can help improve our mood considerably. Bright, uplifting and energizing, good for all ages and levels. No equipment or previous experience required. The perfect remedy for Pacific NW winter blahs!
