FAQ For Our New Normal

Q: What if I don't drive?

A: If you don't drive, you can wait outside the salon, we will be letting people in one at a time. You will be able to either wait in the hallway or outside. Or you can check out Trove!

Daria's son Seth will be set up outside our front door to ease the transition.

Q: Do I have to come in with clean freshly washed hair if I'm getting color?

A. For color appointments you are correct--it doesn't have to be freshly washed.

Freshly washed hair is more for cut only clients to lessen the time at the shampoo bowl/extra contact.

Q: How will you reschedule appointments fairly?

A: We do want to be as fair as possible, this has always been our intention.

Unless cancelled by the client before the shutdown, we have left all appointments in place. As soon as we have a firm open date each stylist will go in and start making calls personally with brief phone and/or video consults--starting from March 24 and on. People may also call in for appointments as per usual, but we will not have online booking for the time being.
